Street Legal everything works painted on I just completed the car I bought it from NY they do not require title for antique vehicle I have a registration that you bring to the DMV Or if you are 100%? Interested. I can apply for a Illinois title that I can get in about 3 weeks. It would be. same thing if you brought it to the DMV.
