Does anyone have any info on what is/are the correct underbody e-coat color(s) that Chrysler used on their 66 and 67 B-bodies when they were dipped at the factory? My 66 Belvedere II was built in St. Louis and the e-coat appears to be original and black but most everyone I've spoken with says that it should be some kind of gray!? I read somewhere that both gray and black were used depending on plant and/or the process but I haven't been able to confirm this. I'm attempting a concours resto and I really need accurate information. Can anyone help???
