Beautifully restored in 2013, this car was gone over top to bottom and bumper to bumper. Completely stripped and gutted and then sandblasted and readied for paint, a gorgeous turquoise metallic. Bumpers, trim and front grille are powder coated satin black for a unique aggressive stance. The interior has all new wiring harness, new headliner, new carpet front to back, dashboard, door handles, window cranks, door glass and windshield along with restored illuminating gauges, factory A/C, hidden stereo in the glove box and kill switch in the dash. The exterior has new full width tail light and trunk medallion, gas tank, dual master brake cylinder and brake shoes, 4 brl carb on an Edelbrock intake manifold. Sway bar, idler arm, pitman arm, shocks, bolts and nuts, screws and clips too many to remember. Restored motors for the rotating headlights. Everything works!
The 361 V-8 with 727 Torque Flight 3-speed automatic transmission are original to the car. They have not been restored but have been professionally maintained and run great! She has has plenty of get up and go and is a real head turner. I can't think of a time that I've had her out for a drive and someone hasn't offered a positive comment on how great she looks, wants to take a picture or just have a chat about cars.
