I bought this car for parts and used the doors, trunk lid and hood. I have replaced the trunk lid and hood with very nice straight and rust free units. The doors however will need work to the lower lip or replacement.
It is an original 383, 727 auto car with power windows but that's all I know. No fender tag. It sat in a garage for years mostly unmolested before I got it. Pretty straight car with minimal rust only on the lower quarters. Floors are nice as is the trunk pan. Solid rockers.
Interior is original and in good shape except the seat covers are dried out and hard. Otherwise, dash is complete and in good shape as are the door panels and rear seat trim panel. Center console is in good condition and the bright work is nice. All the other ext and int trim and bright work is there and in good condition. The car is about 95% complete, minus the engine. I do have a period correct (1965) 383 with what I have been told has about 5000 miles on it since its rebuild (bought it from a member of FBBO) which I would sell with the car for $500.
Could easily be redone or is an excellent parts car with just about anything you would need. I was going to rebuild it but my '66 Belvedere is taking all my time and money. There is no title and will be sold with a bill of sale only. I believe $2,500 is a fair price for the car. It's located in the Albany NY area.
