Could anyone post a picture of what a 1968 roadrunner horn button should look like on a standard steering wheel?

Mine has the chrome horn ring so I think it’s different

Yes, that's the Decor Group wheel, also used on Satellites & higher trims; optional on Belvedere & base RR coupes.
Decor Group was included on RR HTs, which had the Satellite interior trim.
Note that the door panels in my photo are incorrect: production were not 2-tone on the base trim, though they're offered in "reproduction" form.
