I have the gas tank that was in my 69 RR when I bought it, I had a extremely bad gas leak (long story see my project thread for details).. I replaced the tank with a new one, turned out the problem was the sending unit seal and the tank I removed was spotless inside, zero rust, looked brand new. The outside has some staining from the gas vented and just minor road grime should come off easy and you'll have a great looking tank.
