Hello everyone, I am working on a matching numbers 69 Charger. I have done a ton of research to find out the best way to restore the wheels to keep everything original and haven't had much success. The center of the wheel is stainless. I had the wheels soda blasted and had the face of the spokes polished. Unfortunately the polished faces started to rust shortly after. What do you think the best way to take care of this problem is? Polish the face again and clear coat the shiny part and paint the rest black? Maybe have the wheel chromed and paint the black parts?
