Does any body sell these new? I can't find one. Mine has been painted all black by previous owner. If no one makes one does any body restored them back to original?

No one makes them, but just about all of the Trim shops that redo parts for our Mopars will do the grill. usually around $700 or so to have done if you have a usable core.

Thanks kidsixpack. When I get to that point I will get it done.

be careful about trim shops, you might want to be sure they are focused on your grille. Had 2 of mine redone by a group out in California, the shine was impeccable but the paint was sub-par, chipping in various places and they for some reason refuse to use a solid means of packing them back up when sending them back. Just some words of caution, good luck though.
