1969 Dodge Coronet R/T Brake Pedal Assembly

Can someone with the knowledge of, or someone who would be so kind to take a picture of the brake pedal assembly mount (w/automatic transmission) which shows how the spring is supposed to be attached. Spring is about 3 inches long. There appears to be a notch in one of the attaching bolts but I can't figure out where the other end should attach.

It goes straight up and down. The top clips into the main pedal bracket in the car
