I was working on a neighbors car its a 69 gtx air car. Anyhow The brown wire from the blower motor resistor should make its way to the blower motor. However it was spliced directly to the fuse box. I took this loose and brought a new wire from the motor to the heater resistor and it only blows on low. My question is when its plugged into the resistor the blower runs on low and cannot be shut off. Also will not work on any other speed.

My thinking is the 3 speed switch is bad and or the resistor. If the switch was bad and wouldnt turn it off at all but only works on low. My assumption is the switch is bad.

Anyone know where to get a new switch?
