As far as mopars go thats as good as it gets if you ask me. You probably wont regret the purchase.
(I got this car but with a 440)

Good luck with the search and please drive it after you bought it!!!
If you will drive it i would not care about numbers matching all that much as long as the correct equipment is installed...
If its not numbers matching you would not have to worry about blowing up the original engine...
