1970 440 Six Pack Cast Intake Vacuum Tree / Rear Manifold Fitting

I'm restoring a 1970 Road Runner and converting it to a factory-style 440 Six Barrel setup using an original cast iron Six Pack intake manifold. The car has power brakes, no A/C, a 4-speed, and I'm trying to make the engine compartment as OE-correct as possible.

I'm trying to identify the correct vacuum fitting (vacuum tree) that threads into the rear of the intake manifold.

Does anyone know:

• The correct Chrysler part number?
• Whether it should have one or two small accessory ports in addition to the large brake booster port?
• Is there a quality reproduction available, or should I be looking for an original?
• If anyone has close-up photos of an original installed on a 1970 440 Six Pack engine, I'd really appreciate seeing them.

I’m not 100% sure, but I think the correct vacuum “tee” would be one little nipple in an air grabber car and zero little nipples on a non-air grabber car.

Yes does it have N96? Different fitting. There is a spot for that "vac fitting" on the broadcast sheet.

Yes I have the N96 air grabber hood setup. There was no broadcast sheet in my car. I was not able to find one anyway and also learned that my car came from the Los Angeles plant and they did not put the broadcast sheets in the cars anyway.

Here is a picture of what is on my intake manifold currently. I have not been able to find a clear enough picture to know what I should have.

I have seen the mega parts vacuum fittings but none of them seem to align with what I need, partially because I do not know what I need. I would like to see a reference picture of a similar setup to what I have.
