I'm restoring a 1970 Road Runner and converting it to a factory-style 440 Six Barrel setup using an original cast iron Six Pack intake manifold. The car has power brakes, no A/C, a 4-speed, and I'm trying to make the engine compartment as OE-correct as possible.
I'm trying to identify the correct vacuum fitting (vacuum tree) that threads into the rear of the intake manifold.
Does anyone know:

Does anyone know:
- The correct Chrysler part number?
- Whether it should have one or two small accessory ports in addition to the large brake booster port?
- Is there a quality reproduction available, or should I be looking for an original?
- If anyone has close-up photos of an original installed on a 1970 440 Six Pack engine, I'd really appreciate seeing them.
