WTB 1970 B-body power steering column

I’m looking for a power steering column for a 1970 Floor shift coronet. Im changing from manual to power steering.

Just cut the shaft back and redrill for the coupling x pin.

I was thinking of that. I'm told you need to cut 3 inches out. Does that sound correct?

Best asked to the forum.. I think it's 2 1/2 but not sure, but at least that way you know the column, signal light switch, etc is all good.
