For sale - Serious inquiries only please. Overseas buyers ok.
Cash or wire only.
I thought I'd offer it here first before eBay where it will go to Europe, where unfortunately the high bidder would be from.
70 Charger - Plain Jane 318 automatic on the column. Has not run in 10 years. Told the motor was not stuck, but the starter is just spinning and not kicking up to hit the flywheel. Brakes are soft but grab. The rear window exterior sill beneath the rear window is solid but has some bubbling paint. Rockers have some rust yet floor pans are solid. Trunk pan has one hole I could see on passenger side which could be patched. Wheel wells seems to be mostly solid with a small hole here and there.
The frame which hold the back of the torsion bar has some rust, but only at the very end (or outside piece.) There is bubbling and cracked paint in various locations. There seems to be a dent filled with cracking bondo on front passenger fender, however no rust. I suspect backing out of garage and hitting the side jamb.
Rear quarters and wheel well lips have some rust. Bottoms of the doors are relative solid. Some surface rust noted.
The glass, bright work and interior are in exceptional condition. I was worried about a vinyl top car, however it is perfectly smooth with no rust or bubbles or lumps anywhere.
The car rolls, steers and stops , but brakes are soft. The car is a 2 owner car. A dad, then his Son.
I will answer and respond to serious inquiries as I receive them. I will give my phone number in a PM. A $500 Paypal deposit gets you the car for 3 days until the wire comes.
$10750 obo
I feel you could be driving this car with a weekends worth of work, flushing, cleaning and servicing all systems.
Would trade up or down for 64.5-68 Mustang coupes, Fastbacks and Verts.
69-70 Fastback or Porsche 911
