I need a little help. can someone tell me for a 1970 super bee 440 Six pack, 4 speed manual. what is the correct driveshaft length???

We changed the transmission in my sons 1970 Super Bee from 4 speed to automatic, (he kept going thru clutches) and the driveshaft from the 4 speed worked in the auto too. I'm pretty sure it's the same length in 383 or 440 equipped cars.

GARY,PATTI. MY BOOKWORK CALLS F/`70-71 B BOODY AS PT#2883667,3.25 DIA.,44.60,9.75 AXLE. also,pt#2883775, f/`70-`71,3.25 dia,42.60,9.75 axle. hope this helps,patti

I measured the drive shaft that came with the 1970 super bee I purchased from you it measured 49 7/8

I've have a driveshaft from a 68 GTX 4 speed Dana 60 laying around it's 50 1/2" With 7290 u-joints. Just removed it from my car when I changed it back to an 8.75" rear. Any help?

50.96" with 9.75
52.07" with 8.75

Doesn't matter but all 440 six-pack with manuell came with a Dana 60 from factory, all with 9 3/4 Dana are same, the difference between Dana 60 and a 8 3/4 is 1.14".
