Former NHRA stock eliminator (cloned)GTX, no longer a race car but set up for street duty. 440, 4 spd, 8-3/4 (new 3.73 and powr-lok), Summer Bros axles, Viking dual-adjustable alum shocks (front & rear), 1.03" torsion bars, all new ball joints, poly bushings, oem style front disc brakes 11x10.5 drum rears, 1-1/4" front sway bar, 3/4" rear sway bar, E-body left springs with sliders, 2-1/2" exhaust with mandrel bends, 3/8" fuel line, new hard and soft brake lines, MP aluminum 1-1/32" master cyl, MSD6A, etc etc. The engine is the last race engine I built for it with 906 castings, MP stainless valves, hard exhaust seats, fresh comp valve job, 911 Com springs with Comp moly retainers and locks, teflon seals, Felpro comp gaskets so the SCR is lowered to 9.7 for pump gas reliability, misc internal tricks, AVS carb, Edelbrock intake, Isky-type rockers with CM tubular pushrods, Hays steel clutch-flywheel assy, Lakewood bellhousing, Autometer Z-series gauges, etc etc. Located just outside Savannah, Tenn, $35K obo, PM me here for more info if interested...THANKS!

I have been asked about the condition of the floors (roll bar removed) and trunk so here you are folks...pictures.

NEW Vintiques 15x8 front wheels on NEW 255-60-15, 15x10 rears on NEW 275-60-15 Coopers...hope that helps and thanks for viewing.

Good question?! I haven't had the car on the street since the 'street conversion' but the wheel-tire combination doesn't seem to have any interference issues, at least not yet. You gotta remember these 71-74 Plymouths have BIG fenderwells (maybe larger that the Dodges, think Petty and NASCAR). As for any ET guesstimation...can't say. In true/legal stock eliminator form it was not competitive as I did not have deep pockets for the trick engines (acid ported heads, Don Little-type builds, Val Hedworth carburetors) so my best was an 11.41 @ 3980# with my lard-bottom in the seat. IF I'd have had the Hedworth carb work, dual-adjustable shocks (like it has now), the trick parts in the 727, heads, etc it would probably have gone quicker, say 11 teens but that wasn't the case as I went through a divorce which totaled my budget, then lost my carrier job which finished off any/all plans for being competitive in the division. This engine's no slouch but probably high 12s with the chassis as it's set-up for handling now, not drag racing. The SCR is .5 lower (fat head gaskets), the fragile parts have been removed/replaced, adjustable race headers replaced with street-types, Cal tracs gone and the big/fast rate-of-lift camshaft; which was replaced with a Lunati (Herold Brookshire design) Voodoo hyd which should give the car great street manners aswellas come off corners like a rocket, think handling. Thanks for your questions...carry on!
