1972 Dodge Charger 440 six pack fuel line routing issue

Enclosed is a picture of the fuel rail on the six pack setup on the car. The issue I am having is the if you look at the last brass connector, instead of the end being open, I need it plugged or no connection there. I need a brass connector that has the third hole 90 degrees to the south if that makes any sense. The reason being is the current gas line input being right at the distributor. It gives me no room to move the dizzy for timing. From pictures on the internet I’ve seen I’m thinking the non-stock MSD must be just a bit bigger?

Can't you remove the inlet Tee and reinstall it the way you describe?

Go to any hardware story and visit the plumbing section, those are all NPT fittings and you can configure whatever it is you think you need. On my 6 pack/barrel systems I don't ever use that setup, I typically use a fuel log type deal where all of the carbs are connected to a single tube via either AN lines or in some cases hard lines.

Well, I did install plumbing for 30+ years.

No, because the T is different length and the lines will not sit aquare to the fitting = leaks. No matter how tight you make them.

I bought a car and they turned the T like you describe. Well the lines were always wet and leaking or seeping gas. Not what you want on top of the engine. Tech inspector smelled it and found it, didn't think too much of it.

Weatherhead makes a lot of these fittings. They may have such a tee.
