1973 dodge charger steering box replacement

i have a 1973 dodge charger with a 318 small block.. it has Flow tech long tube headers and a mini starter... is it possible to change out the steering gear box without puling engine? i looked and i think if i pulled battery box and power steering pump it might come out through the top.. my biggest concern is the long tube headers....who has experience with this? any tips and tricks? i really don't want to pull torsion bar..

I dont know how tight it is with your headers, I did mine no problem with stock exhaust.

I just changed mine in a 73 Charger 440 with tti headers & mini starter. My header had to come off to take the gear box out from the top.
