I need a relatively rust free cowl for my 1973 rallye charger. It's a non a/c car not sure if that matters. If anyone around the Northwest is parting out a charger there are quite a few things I would like to get my hands on, but the main thing is the cowl. My cowl is rusted out so bad the windshield wipers don't work, and the car is really ratty looking so I don't mind if the cowl is rough too. Anything helps
