#318Fest with MoparVsBrandX Test'N'Tune later in the day.
Yes it is a race for 318 cars, we want them all from vans, trucks, taxis, RVs, to Twister Dusters. Also allowed in the class is 273s, 3.9V6s, and even Slant 6s just for grins. We have tried the last 2 occations to run an Apples to Apples shootout for nothing but 318 powered cars during our #MoparVsBrandXstreetcarShowdown, however its too busy to make it work so we gave it its very own day! May 8th at 10am we are looking to gather as many 318 powered vehicles as possible for 1/8mile racing and chassis dyno pulls. The track will be available for non-318Fest competition throughout the day but our focus will be to produce valuable information as it relates to the common mans Mopar V8. Our in-house contenders are a 72 Duster, 74 Duster, and 95 Dakota. I hope some of you can make the trip. #MoparVsBrandX Test 'N' Tune starts at 1 pm which is open to hotrods of all sorts! The #MoparVsBrandXstreetcarShowdown is set to be in October.
