I am newer to collecting and restoring Mopars (about 2 years) and this is an incredible resource for guys like myself. I was able to recently purchase a NOS hemi block that came out of a 69 Charger that was yanked off the line for a minor repair then was put aside for warranty and never built. My plan is to build every piece of the motor with NOS parts which I assume will take me awhile. Any parts for sale or advice will be much appreciated. I am willing to stand on the shoulders of experts in order to get the best product possible!

Well good luck with that my friend hope you have some very deep pockets !

welcome to FBBO & good luck with your 426ci Hemi New Old Stock rebuild...
Check out the parts wanted & for sale section often, post up what you need, we have allot of resourceful people here, that are on several Mopar sites, you may get lucky...

Ski,

thanks for the message. The forum has been really great especially for a newcomer like myself. I have so much catching up to do that people like you help me out more than you will ever know. Now I know why car people are so close knit as the bug has got me bad. The ride has been fun so far and getting better every day. I spent the weekend reading up on the history of the 426 hemi and how it works. I still have a long way to go. I would love to possibly purchase anything you have for a 426 hemi. I now have two NOS blocks (one I bought from the forum) a 66 block and a 69 block. Frankly eBay scares we which is why I like a group like this to help me in buying the correct pieces for my projects. Any help or parts are much appreciated.

Do you really mean OEM? If something has ever been on a vehicle, it isn't NOS.

No, I actually mean NOS believe it or not. I was able to find a 66 NOS block and a 69 NOS block just by coincidence. Neither engine has ever been put together or run.
