I know I hope it’s not 516s. I zoomed in and looked to see if the bolts have been unscrewed from the valve covers, couldn’t see well but I believe they haven’t.

Quick way to identify.
The 516's don't have the freeze plug on the ends for the improved cooling that the 906's and the 915's have.

I’ll keep y’all up to date about it what I here is 440 tnts not all in 1967 was stamp HP so it might not be the smaller valves and might have the big valves and the heads stamped with HP instead of blank

I might contact the seller and create a contact let him know it’s a possible tnt motor and give him some compensation in manipulation to gain friends on here and their for future business it’s best you know. But I have to know it says hp on the heads first.

I know it sounds like a public person doing a charity donation but it’s not completely selfish……. Please I want friends.

Generous of you, but you should really wait until you have the engine in your possession and have made sure it has no other expensive problems before offering anything extra. It isn't your duty to research the value of an item that someone else offers for sale.

Along with the fact 915 heads came on all 67 440's... HP got big valves, std 4bbl got small valves.... When your reworking them they all get big valves so who cares what they started life as...

That’s exactly right. I posted the first post by being thrilled of the price and then I thought I shouldve waited until it arrived at the house after a day. If it was a private individual I probably wouldn’t do it to high risk who ever is on the other side but a company who built a reputation of helping people buy things for a wholesale price I believe should be helped.. people like that give joy in this world than over priced trying to f everyone out of beyond amd above retail because it’s the only one on the market for months begging for some rich guy to buy it or just high high prices.. I mean the guy has nice shipping costs and very reasonable prices on mostly all his stuff.. I’ve been the dumbass before amd it won’t be my last time I buy something high I ain’t perfect but whoever sold me this motor is reasonable I can tell by his prices and business structure of thought…

And what I’m really looking for is a compliment gesture and thanks with a reasonable amount he or she asks for… UNLESS HE OR SHE IS A HOARDER OF RARE CAR PART ARTIFACTS LIKE ME THAN IAM IN TROUBLE AND MESSED UP TERRIBLY… I never know truly who people are so I’m just guessing by the prices I see and background scenery I see in pictures

They are reasonable people. And better I might not have to compensate by the sound of it and I built contact relationships with people.

I have clean up to see if they re matching date code 915s. So far better than expected my luck you know. will need to be bored I’m pretty sure. Non hp stamp 915 heads found that out. The block is not stamped hp. I have to get the vin code of the back also for y’all.

The mystery thickens a bent push rod mhmm… I put B blaster in the cylinders.

It’s stuck bad. I’m going to have to put it on the engine stand spray p blaster on the mains and then place kerosene and transmission fluid inside each cylinder on top of the piston and light it on fire then take a plunger and plunger the liquid into the compression and oil rings like I did the 383 to get it moving.. but this time will use a ring gland tool to extract the carbon layer build up.

I’d love someone to make a cylinder plunger that can be sold better rubber that doesn’t burn.. good cheap seller and easy to make i guess.
