I might be wrong, but that part looks like it goes to a 70 Charger front bumper mounting bracket.

that could be... i am not sure what the part is ... i found it cleaning out my loft of old parts .the number is 63769 stamped on the top... i thought it was from our daytona as there is that long rubber gasket attached to it... not even sure if it has any value- if it doesnt, off it goes to the metal recycle

The rubber gasket is correct for a 70 Charger or a 69 Daytona. They used the same part.but the metal piece is the upper inner front bumper bracket for a 70 Charger.
