5.7 hemi swap

I'm planning on doing a 2012 5.7 hemi (truck) swap into my 66 belvedere. I've been doing my research and I'm wondering if anyone has any opinions. To keep it EFI or carb it?

What trans?
EFI get all the computer, sensors, wireing

If you keep the factory EFI and computer, and plan on using the Mopar 77072455AB kit, its only good for 2013 and newer engines.

I plan on a 5 speed manual, probably a treme. If I don't do that then either a 727 or try a833

I see the kit mentioned above is not for truck motors either- there have to be work arounds do not be a pioneer
