Yes you would just have to buy the vacuum diaphragms separate and Summit has them cheaper.. Shop around..

I called Holley directly and got all the parts I needed from them. This was after I bought the “master kit” at Mancini, that had enough parts do for about 1 1/2 carbs, because it covers all Holley 2bbl carbs, but ended up having a bunch of parts in it that you don’t need for the 6pak. All in all I spent over $200, but that included the diaphragm bellows and the blue gaskets, which are over $7 apiece.
