I would think it is same as a convertible top switch. Hard part would be finding bezel and knob.
Is yours missing, or just inop?

I have 2 switch options. Wiring harness ends will confirm switch. See pics if they load.
Correction: the 4 prong, is a wiper switch. name plate fits inside a 62 bezel. Use a 62 knob.

The one on the right should be the one. It SHOULD spring back to the center position when rotated either way.
1964 should be like the pic above, if it's in the same location as my convertible.
Although...... I have seen some that use a version of a power window switch. I'm on the road and don't have my parts books to look it up.

It's inside the car, lol.
64 has the same black bezels on all.
My 2 door 62 has different bezels, chrome with a thin aluminum insert painted black.
The switch you have is an aftermarket universal top switch.
Yours should look like my top switch, except yours will say something other than 'top' on the black bezel.

I have a '62 convertible top switch as shown. I don't know if it works. Three tabs on the back side. Bezel and nut are included. You have to hold the switch in one direction for up and the other direction for down. It springs back to the center. If you haven't found what you need send me your address and I'll send you the switch. No charge.

Mine is a convertible. You have to release the knob. It springs back to center.

yup.
i don't have to go by. but going by the service manual i have it looks like that. and is a 3 pin plug thing.
