I did the conversion on this grille about 6-7 years ago and the other day I get text asking if I can fix it. So 16 hours later, it’s better. The hit stretched the aluminum and you can’t shrink it back to original like you can metal. This is good as it’s gonna get.

I’m not, just fixed it for my buddy. Someone back into his car and the grille along with his fiberglass bumper got damaged.

damn 5.7 you do great work. i need help with mine just not ready for that part of the project yet.

5.7 any idea what paint he used for the bumper? i also have glass bumpers and been looking at all silver to chrome paint and haven't found it yet.

I used a metallic silver when I did my fiberglass bumpers. They looked pretty good.

thanks for the info was going to head over this week and is if they could wrap in chrome wrap.

Try it, worst you peel it off.

yep that's correct. i have a wrap guy i work with on big rigs and coaches and looks good and no kind of seams etc. but again every shape is different so i'm thinking of just trying one and see how it looks. if not happy peel and paint like you said. also looks like you got a good build going to happen good luck with it.
