Hello! My polara has some rust damage around the windshield as well as the rear window. Does someone make sheet metal with the correct shape to cut and replace this or do i need to manufacture the pieces myself? I hope you understand what i mean, my english is not perfect.
I made the rear. Bent the metal 90 degrees. Then used a shrinker stretcher to put the curve in it. he font drivers side cowl parts are available. But the upper does not fit good. https://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/threads/1964-b-body-cowl.197007/ http://autobodyspecialt.com/lh-1963-65-dodge-plymouth-b-body-lower-cowl-repair-panel/ Doug
Okay damn, mine is rusty all the way around the bottom on both windshield and rear, there are some holes as well. I dont really have the equipment to manufacture the parts needed, maybe need to find some help on this one. Sucks not being able to drive the car in the rain.
Do you have any metal fabrication shops or maybe welding shop or some place that works with metal? Maybe someone local could make some pieces for you. Just a suggestion .
