65 Belvedere fuel capacity?

Anyone out there know the fuel tank capacity of a stock 65 Belvedere I 2 door?
(My gauge isn't working yet)

I'm pretty sure your "Local Library" has the "Motor Manual" for that year or the Chilton's Manual.
Those book will clearly have the "Fuel tank" specifications.

OK, so I googled it...
15 Gallons, in case anyone needs the info and doesn't have a library card.

My '64 holds 15 gallons (and burns it real fast) and I think the tank is the same as a '65.

And of course thats American gallons not english Gallons - can make a bit of a difference if you are thinking one way when in fact its the other way LOL Ask me how I know - rash assumption 30 years ago when one was young and not as wise
