65 coronet 500 seat insert

I am looking for information on what is correct for 65 coronet 500 seat inserts..Are the inserts heat molded or are they sewn? I have seen both and wondering what is correct. some positive information would be helpfull. Thanks

This is my 65 Coronet Sedan, Base Model. The inserts are heat molded, and this is a Survivor. I've been looking for the driver side for some time now, as I plan to reupholster over the winter. My passenger and rear can be saved, but driver is toast...
