Anyone replace their speedo cable recently? I tried a search (with my limited internet abilities). Anyone have a part number and/or where they ordered it from. It's a slant 6 auto. I do a search and Ford and Jeep cables come up. Thanks

For what it's worth, if you happen to have a "modern" 727 trans (after 1965) a speedo cable for a 1968 Camaro fits perfectly! It costs about $18.00 bucks from Rock Auto or the local parts stores. I do not know if it will fit the OLDER 65 ball & trunion trans. I put one in my '62 with a 1971 (727) and it's all good.

1966 and 1967 cables also work with the later model transmissions.
