FOUND 66-68 Inland Shifter Parts

Looking to purchase the reverse lock out finger lever and OEM shift knob as my shifter is missing these parts.

Aloha, I have the shifter lever (in pics) but won’t separate. Showing normal use. The reverse lock out finger lever is spring loaded and feels as it should. The pin at the bottom has been removed or broke off. Not exactly sure the repercussions of this. If you can use this it is $90 plus the ride. I will use USPS unless you have a different preference. Thanks.
