I'm sure this has been answered but I can't find it. Putting a 383 in a 66 Coronet and I'm aware of the 67 hp only manifold but going with a low deck will 68 to 70 hp manifolds work especially around the steering column? Appreciate the help.

Yes, but you will have to use individual exhaust pipes. If you want the H pipe sound, you can add that afterwards, it's just that a stock H pipe will not fit as the 67 440 did.

I put the later hi rise exh manifolds on my 64 Fury. (Low deck "B" engine.) Installed a TTI system. They ask for the manifold casting numbers before sending the pipes. I think all the b Body manifolds will work, but the orientation of the flanges and bolts make the difference. I think my exh manifolds are 1969 or 70ish, but the TTI kit fit perfectly.
