66 charger New memb

Hi guys
My name is Eddie
I’m the 2nd owner of my 66 Charger
I bought it when I was 22. I used it for 5 years but it’s been laid up ever since
I’m finally at a point where I can bring it back to life. I could use some input on what to do with the drivers rear 1/4 panel. It’s damaged at the top rear
