No cracks, some wear. Comes with 4 screws and mounting plate for the rear portion. Both pieces of trim are there, have light rust on them, all trim mounting clips are there. The rear portion of the console (not pictured) comes, but is pretty broke up, may work for parts/repair, it is not fixable. Located in Persia IA, looking to get $100+ shipping.
