67 Coronet console wiring

Guys, I am trying to get the old coronet to start again. I was looking through a wiring diagram, because I switched my car from column to console shift. What is the dark green wire that is in the console wiring area that goes to the coil pack in parallel? (See attached image) I don't have a clue what it could be? Thanks!
