67 dodge cornet door lower hinge replacement

wondering whats the best way to replace bottom hinge on 67 cornet i thout taking the door off would be the best also are the after market door hinges any good

Get everything read, pull the kick panel out inside, take the splash shield out of the fender well and then unbolt it from the door and from inside without opening the door and leaving it latched by entering from the other side.

That said, what is wrong with your hinge?? @MoparLeo rebuilds them to as new or you can buy a reproduction from AMD, which I found to be quite well manufactured to replace my bent '70.. although not 100% OE correct in details.
