68-70 B-Body Map Light Wiring???

I found a complete Map light and wiring from a b-body but along with it is another light harness that I don't remember. Is this a harness for a under dash courtesy light with-out console? I think car was bench seat... Thanks. Any help appreciated.

No That is a totally different wire switch and is a small bulb... Thanks though..

Did it have a bracket or some kind of light pod this snapped into? Anyone have a pic?

I added a map light to mine many moons ago; it included a round brkt that went around ign. switch and a #57(?) light socket that lit up the key hole. The silver canister is the delay to turn off the bulbs after 15-20 secs. The padded lower dash already has a small hole above ignition.

I've seen some with a stamped metal bracket similar o the one shown, but the one shown is generic

Thanks I know about the key light that is a separate piece. I have had a few of them see pic that is the piece you are talking about. I am trying to find out where this extra courtesy lamp harness clips into...

Yes it's a courtesy lamp socket for sure. Now just trying to find the "bracket" or "light pod" it would clip into.
