68-70 Mopar B Body A/C Heater Control Lamp Light install location

Hi, my dashboard was modified by a previous owner and my builder decided not to correct it after I asked him to. Now I am trying to sort of where items were installed in the section of the dash where the radio resides and I cannot find this A/C Heater control light location. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I do not think non-a/c cars had them. I just did my 69 and there is none nor a place to put it. A/C cars may be different.
