Parting a ruff 68 coronet wagon. There is wagon bits on it. Not much in the way of sheetmetal she’s pretty ruff. 318 auto drum brakes 8.75 complete car but rusty. Did I mention it’s rusty?
Just a head's up...Forum rules require you to list a price, either for the whole car or its parts.
I wish you luck with the sale. While it's indeed quite rough, I can spot a lot of parts that might be able to help a lot of folks, especially if the price is right!
Hey pnypwr.. I have loaded rusty Mich parts cars that were very rusty before, and a FYI, you
can/I have used a 30ft 5/16" link chain that I run from the front leaf spring perch, and put the hook over the main spring and hook, then run the chain up either around K-frame, or through both lower control arms (closest to the attachment area of the K-frame) then to other rear leaf spring (behind spring eye, then hook to the main leaf. The chain will probably be a little loose,
so use a chain binder to pull (keep) everything together. Hope this helps! I might want some pieces off this car.
I'm interested in the tailgate trim and window lock on the tailgate. Do you have the top piece of trim on the tailgate? As it is missing in the pics.
Thanks
