I'm deep into my charger restoration and am looking for the name of some parts and if they are available at the regular locations. (classic industries, amd etc)

AMD refers to this as a grill / headlight support

The whole assembly would be called the grille frame & the upper portion only would be the upper grille support/latch tray.
