69 B-Body Factory Interior Color

Hi, Members.

Hoping one of you can help me with some photos of your factory original interior.

I have a 69 GTX. Fendor tag states it came with P6G interior. Based on this, it's my understanding that the car came with green dash pads, carpet, seats, etc.

A previous owner partially restored the car and installed black dash pads, carpet, seats but kept the green door panels, kicker panels.

I plan to restore back to factory original and am looking for someone with an original P6G car who could assist with providing some photos.

Don't know. P = Premium. C might be standard or base.

Good morning. Follow up question for you... do your A Pillar covers generally match the same type of plastic and color as your console? Thanks

A pillars , Kick panels and console are all same molded in color , ( Green in this case )

"C" is said to stand for "Charger" and means buckets.

One more question for you, are your dash end plates shown in the attached photo green or black?

In the last picture I posted you can see it's black pebble grain (as is my dash and radio bezel). I'm not familiar with that particular piece on wood grain dash cars.

I’ve owned seven GTXs. That piece was black on all of them.
