69 B-Body Wiring Harness

that always burns is not burnt.no wires are
burnt.all ends on fuse block & bulkhead look good.has
1 yellow wire cut & taped & tape on 1 other plugin.

There sure is a common cause...Current and Ma Mopar sent a lot of it through that wire not thinking we'd still be driving them 40+ years later.
