69 Coronet R/T fire

Gotta be local members that would help and pay them (if they wanted money) for there help bit for me I’m always there to throw wrenches for fun
No local members. I got to tell you, between here and A-body, I have had a lot of responses and suggestions. The community has come together well, and I appreciate it. I have a guy with a shop who has an open bay, and he is going to take it on this winter, and work on it here and there. He estimates 10-20 hours ?? ..to do it all the wiring and replace electronics. ... I trust him as I have dealt with him for a few years. Just didn't think he wanted to get into this, but things are tough, and holidays are coming.. Happy Thanksgiving All. Dave

The guy told me when he raised the hood the voltage regulator was smoking red hot. Thought it began there.

I have a guy doing it that I have used before. Didn't think he would take this on, because he has a busy shop. He has an extra bay and said he can knock it out in 10 plus hours over the next month or so. $100 an hour cash, I trust him. He has done work for me on the last several cars I've had, daily and hobby cars. I just have to pick a vendor, and order part$. Mopar guy, has a screaming newer Challenger.
