just bought it new,and it is not setting on zero,can needle be adjusted? thanks

If you have nothing powered up and it's not at zero I would be sending it back for another one. I can't see anyway to easily set to zero. I don't remember seeing any external adjustment on those.
If they are not on zero they will never be even when powered up. I would send them back
and hunt down an original to restore. If you wanna power it up hook it to a 12 volt battery case is ground the round stud is 12+ and the flat is signal from the coil you don't need the coil signal. If you dead set against sending it back you could pull the needle off and re install it to zero.

when I put power to it as you said it goes right to 0. maybe the old ones didn't work this way but my new repop does it says it will work on any iginition including msd? made by chargerspecialties bought from classic ind.

Its the 1895 or 1815 style round with the 2 prongs, its different from the other dash lights

correct bulb for factory repop tac is a 1891 or 53. thanks
