Original 7 Blade HD cooling fan with clutch. The Clutch is stamped Eaton which is thought to be the original but the ink stampings that might confirm this are long gone. The stampings indicate it was made in 1964 but may have been used on later years or possibly a over the counter replacement. Application would have been any of the HP B/RB engines, those with with the HD cooling package or A/C.
- 910328: This is the stamping /part number.
- SC E 64: The primary date stamp.
- 64 indicates the year 1964.
- E "E" typically corresponds to the 5th month (May)
- SC is the supplier code or specific manufacturing plant code
- DPCD: . Even though DeSoto stopped production in late 1960, the original tooling dies from the early 1960s were still actively being used to stamp out components for the 1964 and later model years.
- AA HJ: These are shift codes, or raw material batch/die identification track markings used for internal quality control.
