Judging from the inside corners I was pretty sure the skin was not rusted out but you never know what might be hiding under the layers of paint. I am once again happy to see clean metal, just a few small pits and a number of dings and small dents to fix.

It's time to get my hinges rebuilt as the new pin and bushing sets just arrived and I am going to need them to hang the doors soon. I have the full set still bolted on the doors plus some spares from parts cars so I'll pick the best ones. Anyone else NOT use the bushings and instead just weld up, re-drill the holes and install new pins?

Thanks. I used the bushings in the upper as they were factory but I was able to just tighten up the holes in the lowers and install new pins as they were not very worn.
