I do have a buddy seat, I don't remember if it has the brackets on it but I will go take some pictures and send them over or post them here for you to look at.

Here are the pictures, no brackets, not the ones for 71-74 b body! Looks to me like the previous owner adapted those two brackets or they could factory for a different application.

Here are some screenshots I took from the internet, looks like the brackets go factory welded to the tune area, not very difficult to fabricate! or there might be some of them for sale online.

there's a FBBO member that makes and sells brackets.

Also, they're not terrible to fab a close facsimile your self.
