71-74 passenger side remote mirrors

Did these b-body's road runners, gtx, charger,satellites ever come with a remote passenger side mirror? If they did was the remote control near the ash tray in the dash?

75 and up could have had pass side remote.

They look just like 71-74 rallye mirrors on the outside (also had a non-rallye version), but the mounting changed from screws countersunk through the pedestal, to a back side screw arrangement into cast on protrusions that required dimples stamped in the door skin.

Not entirely sure where the joystick ended up, but the cable is looong.

I have two sets and eventually will see if I can modify them to work without changing the door skin.

Might grind off the protrusion and simply drill a hole through so it mounts like 71-74.

the joystick would be on the drivers side door panel.

Joystick for passenger on 75 and lates goes underside of ashtray on dash frame as far I recall

I've heard there was pass remote mirrors but their rare as hell
