71 B body 5.7 hemi ?

Unless you move the engine ahead a couple inches, I believe you will need a saw and welder. At least on the older B body cars, they dump too close to the firewall.
 
Your better off going with a set of aftermarket headers
 
There are Jeep manifolds that dump correctly.
 
The late model HEMI was installed in many different vehicles. Trucks, the SUVs like the Aspen, Cherokee and Durango, the 300, Magnum, Charger and the Challenger. Many different manifold designs for the 5.7, then you have the 6.1, the 6.4/392, Hellcat and Demon too.
Darius has manifolds in the 1970 GTX he has, 5.7 engine.
